I'm a new student in the beginning and intermediate classes on Tuesday and I live in North Dallas. It's so loooonely dancing alone and I was wondering if there were any other students in the area that would want to get together and practice on a non-class day and reinforce what we're learning in class. I live in Coppell and a couple of the other ladies from Tribal Echo live in Lewisville and Carrollton. I'm sure we can find some times and locations to get together for some practice :)

Anyone want to dance a little over the May break? I need to burn some of these transitions into my brain after being gone so long. Foot the right even seems to be healing well enough to dance on again. :)
I will be out of town the weekend of Memorial Day but other than that I'm free. We would have to find a space because I realize no matter how I work it my carpeted, small apartment isn't ideal. If you're interested do you have space and/or belong to like a community center or something that might have space?

Fri, May 9, 2008 - 10:37 AMI can do both weekday or weekend right now. Saturday the 17th would be fine by me, but if anyone wants to get up to some trouble on the weekdays I'm game. :)
I guess post your ideal date/time and we'll see if we can pull it togther.
Yeli - that's awesome! I wouldn't be adverse to sharing the cost of the studio if we have enough people interested. Lots of space, good floors, mirrors, and sound are always nice!
